Is Membership of Silver Circle absolutely free?

Certainly Silver Circle is an exclusive program that we offer our customers absolutely free. There are no application charges, processing fees, or any hidden charges, whatsoever.

When will I receive my Silver Circle card?

Once we receive your application, correctly filled in, it will take around two weeks for your personalized Silver Circle card to reach you. But you don’t have to wait until then to start collecting discounts and points, they start accruing immediately you apply for the card.

How do you earn points?

Please fill out the application form and hand it to us right now or deliver it to any of our outlets. We will process your application and give you a personalized Silver Circle card. Now every time you shop at any of our outlets, hand over your Silver Circle card with your cash or credit card. You will automatically be awarded points based on your purchase. For every Dirham you spend, you get a point. So if you spend Dhs. 500.00, your card will be credited with 500 points and so on.

What do you have to buy to earn points?

It’s the easiest thing in the world to earn points on the Silver Circle card. That’s because it’s easy to shop at Mohd. Sharief and Bros. Stores. Where else will you get exquisite branded luggage, exclusive home linen, gifts that include Mont Blanc pens, Wenger knives and designer jewelry. We also stock exclusive brands of perfumes and cosmetics. We have nine premium Mohd. Sharief and Bros. Stores at major commercial centres, so you always have easy access to the outlets.

Most importantly, what are the rewards you can collect for your points?

Mohd. Sharief and Bros. Stores have a host of carefully chosen rewards you can save towards. When you have accrued enough points to qualify for any reward, our staff will automatically inform you. You can collect your reward or waive it and continue accumulating points for the larger offers.

The points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue of the first bill. Every year we will send you a new card along with the rewards offered for the year. You will be credited 100 points for every 1000 unused points from your old card. To collect your free gifts, please save all the bills you receive from Mohd. Sharief and Bros. Stores and bring them along. If you do not use your Silver Circle card for a whole year from the date of its issue, it will automatically be considered invalid and to reactivate it, please talk to help desk of Mohd. Sharief and Bros. Stores.

Does your Silver Circle card entitle you to any other privileges?

Besides the points that entitle you to fabulous prizes, as a member of the Silver Circle, you will receive these special privileges at Sharief outlets across Dubai.

Privilege Discounts:

Produce your Silver Circle card at Sharief outlets, you will be given discounts which other shoppers are not eligible for.

These include 20% off on Gifts and Novelties, 20% off on Linen and Luggage, 20% on Perfumes and Cosmetics (excluding selective brands), 15% off on Pens, Watches and Sunglasses.

Free Gifts:

On occasions, your Silver Circle card could entitle you to valuable free gifts with your purchases.

Special Sales:

We have set aside some of our products at special prices, only for Silver Circle card members.

Exquisite Free Gift Wrapping:

Just ask for this service and produce your card.

Extra Free Points:

All you have to do is introduce a friend to Silver Circle. All the points he accrues on his first purchase (One for every Dirham he spends) will be credited to him and to you. Ask your friend to apply for a Silver Circle membership at our counter, while paying for his purchase, and give your name and card number as reference.
